I've worked in baking from 1987 to 2022. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,440 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I sing in a choir.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Rita: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
