I've coached rowing at Cape Coast Youth Club since 1978. Most of my players were between 10 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Rita
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Rita: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
