I've coached cycling at Obuasi Harmony Boxing Gym since 2012. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.

If you played for me, you probably remember the long bus ride home.
