Rita Dangol
Adult literacy organizer in Kathmandu
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- 1997 to 2012
- English
I've volunteered with Kathmandu Community Kitchen from 1997 to 2012. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I sing in a choir.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Rita
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Rita: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
