Risa Saki Sato

Master of bicycle repair, now teaching apprentices

  • 🇯🇵 Fukuoka, Fukuoka, Japan
  • St. Anne's Works
  • Since 1979
  • English
I've worked in bicycle repair since 1979. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,880 apprentices. I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I garden badly but happily. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
