I'm a writer in Sapporo. Sports writing is my first love and journalism is my second.
I write best early in the morning with a pot of tea. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Risa: I'd put a gift toward a research trip.
