Rina Rina Roy

Mathematics and geography teacher, Savar

  • 🇧🇩 Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Orchid Grammar School
  • Since 1987
  • English, Bengali
For 39 years I have been the mathematics teacher at Orchid Grammar School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, my door is open at lunch. I'm still learning every day.

More about Rina

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
