My subject is organic chemistry, and for 15 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Depok State University.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Rina
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Rina: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
