Helping people break into engineering
- 🇧🇩 Narayanganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh

For 46 years I've mentored people in engineering and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Rina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
