Rin Mariko Taniguchi

Helping people break into nursing

  • 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
  • Hillcrest Association
  • 1999 to 2013
  • Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 520 people through Hillcrest Association. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
