I've coached cricket at Mohammedia Swimming Club since 1988. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Rima
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Rima: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
