Rima Shefali Biswas
Engineering mentor, Savar
- 🇧🇩 Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Savar Youth Network
- Since 2015
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 260 people through Savar Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Rima
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rima: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
