Rima Shahana Barua
Elderly befriending organizer in Dhaka
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Parkside Neighborhood Trust
- Since 2017
- English
I organize the elderly befriending in Dhaka. About 94 people rely on it every week.
Our crew is about 40 people now. Everyone brings something.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Rima
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Rima: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
