I've played sitar since 1985, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 18 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Rima
I write my first song when I was 21. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Rima: Any gift will help me keep teaching kids who can't afford lessons.
