Rima Dola Roy
Leadership mentor, Comilla
- 🇧🇩 Comilla, Chattogram, Bangladesh
- Comilla Community Trust
- 2012 to 2021

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 480 people through Comilla Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Rima
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
