Helping people break into trades
- 🇮🇳 Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India
- Tiruchirappalli Youth Network
- Since 2011
- English, Marathi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 440 people through Tiruchirappalli Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
More about Riddhi
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Riddhi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
