For ten years I've mentored people in farming and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Riccardo
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Riccardo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
