I run Little Alcalá de Henares Grill in Alcalá de Henares. We started in 1985 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher. On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I take the work seriously, though not myself. If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

More about Ricardo

I still cook the same soup every Friday.
