Ricardo José Campos
Engineering mentor, Uberlândia
- 🇧🇷 Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Uberlândia Foundation
- 2011 to 2019
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 420 people through Uberlândia Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ricardo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
