For 32 years I've run the volleyball program at Montego Bay Boxing Gym in Montego Bay. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
