Ricardo Dias

Social studies and home economics teacher, Porto Alegre

  • 🇧🇷 Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
  • Maple Ridge Technical College
  • Since 1984
  • English, Portuguese
I came to teaching late, after working as a radio technician, and 42 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I've coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Ricardo

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

you taught me social studies in 2010 at Maple Ridge Technical College. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
