I'm a mentor in software. I spent my career as a radio technician and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Ricardo: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
