Riaan H. Kruger
Mentor in leadership and trades
- 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa
- Queensway Foundation
- 1983 to 2012
- English, Afrikaans
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,510 people through Queensway Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Riaan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Riaan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
