Riaan F. Fourie
Retired computer science lecturer
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Johannesburg Polytechnic
- 1989 to 2022
- English
I spent 33 years as a lecturer in computer science at Johannesburg Polytechnic in Johannesburg. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Riaan
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
