Revathi A. Gounder

Mentor in small business and first-generation students

  • 🇮🇳 Saket, Delhi, India
  • Saket Foundation
  • Since 1993
  • English, Kannada
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,780 people through Saket Foundation. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Revathi

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
