René Laurent Bertrand
Mentor in small business and trades
- 🇨🇦 Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
- Hillcrest Association
- Since 2009
- English, French, Spanish
For 17 years I've mentored people in small business and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about René
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
