I've played oud from 1982 to 2004, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 17 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
