Renate Meier
Leadership mentor, Wiesbaden
- 🇩🇪 Wiesbaden, Hesse, Germany
- Hillcrest Learning Hub
- 1996 to 2013
- German
For 17 years I've mentored people in leadership and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Renate: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
