Renate Lina Jäger
Volunteer mentor with Riverside Community Trust
- 🇩🇪 Kassel, Hesse, Germany
- Riverside Community Trust
- 1996 to 2012
- German
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 800 people through Riverside Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
