Renate Hoffmann
Helping people break into nursing
- 🇩🇪 Berlin, Berlin, Germany
- Since 1993
- German, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,750 people through Kingsway Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Renate
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
