Renata Sônia Costa
Farming mentor, Contagem
- 🇧🇷 Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Since 2017
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 290 people through Oakwood Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Renata
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first farming job in 2020. I still have your notes. Greetings from Pasig.
