For 22 years I ran the baseball program at Madrid Unity Football Club in Madrid. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Renata
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Renata: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
