Leadership mentor, Niterói
- 🇧🇷 Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Heritage Association
- 1990 to 2023

For 33 years I've mentored people in leadership and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Renata
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Renata: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
