I've volunteered with Eastgate Neighborhood Trust from 1991 to 2013. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Renata
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Renata: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
