Renata J. Velasco
Special education and home economics teacher, Guadalupe
- 🇲🇽 Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico
- Guadalupe Technical College
- 1991 to 2005
- English, Spanish
For 14 years I was the special education teacher at Guadalupe Technical College. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Renata
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Renata: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me special education in 2021 at Guadalupe Technical College. I still remember the long bus ride home. Thank you again.
