Eight years at Oakland Public Library

For eight years I look after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Oakland Public Library.
I've run the Saturday reading group and the summer reading challenge. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
