Renata Eliane Pinto
Design mentor, Maringá
- 🇧🇷 Maringá, Paraná, Brazil
- Maringá Youth Network
- Since 2016
- English, Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 530 people through Maringá Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Renata
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
