For 32 years I was the economics teacher at Setagaya Middle School. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
