Ren Daiki Kobayashi
12 years teaching music in Setagaya
- 🇯🇵 Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan
- 1996 to 2022
- Japanese
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 26 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I'm learning the guitar. Inside it, I played music while people worked.
More about Ren
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

I'm a architect now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Tlaquepaque.
