Regina G. Guzmán
Engineering mentor, Tehuacán
- 🇲🇽 Tehuacán, Puebla, Mexico
- Tehuacán Community Trust
- Since 1981
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,580 people through Tehuacán Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Regina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Regina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
