Self-taught illustration artist
- 🇿🇦 Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
- Old Richards Bay Pottery
- Since 1979
- English, Zulu
I work mostly in illustration, sometimes woodcarving. My first show was in 1979 at Old Richards Bay Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the changing seasons. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Refilwe
I've had 12 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
