Reem Rania Hamid
Self-taught printmaking artist
- 🇪🇬 Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
- Heliopolis Studio
- 1986 to 2010
- English
I work mostly in printmaking, sometimes sculpture. My first show was in 1986 at Heliopolis Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Heliopolis Studio, which keeps me honest.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
