I teach French and accounting at Aswan Boys' School, Aswan. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 1,430 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
