Reem Nada Haddad

Painter, potter and teacher at The Alexandria Gallery

  • 🇪🇬 Alexandria, Alexandria, Egypt
  • The Alexandria Gallery
  • Since 1992
  • English, Arabic
I'm a embroidery artist based in Alexandria. I've been making things since 1992 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives. Most of my work is inspired by my grandmother's kitchen. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

More about Reem

I've had 7 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

What gifts mean to Reem: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
