Reem Fatima Taha
33 years teaching economics in Dammam
- 🇸🇦 Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
- Holy Cross Primary School
- 1989 to 2005
- English, Arabic
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 16 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 580 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Reem
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Reem: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
