For 40 years I have been the geography teacher at Akron Secondary School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Rebecca
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Rebecca: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
