I teach art at Lotus Public School in Arlington since 1989. Most days I teach the youngest children, and I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
Over the years I've had 2,150 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Rebecca: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
