Rebecca Bates

Helping people break into careers

  • 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
  • Victory Mentoring Circle
  • Since 1986
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,600 people through Victory Mentoring Circle. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
