Helping people break into finance
- 🇬🇧 Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
- Andes Mentoring Circle
- Since 2008
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,080 people through Andes Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Reagan
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Reagan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first finance job in 2011. I still have your notes. Greetings from Tiruchirappalli.
