I've coached netball at Sakura Boxing Gym since 2012. Most of my players were between 9 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
